Ordering and payment

Orders are confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment. Orders above R1,000 are secured with a 70% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 3 days before delivery or collection. Orders under R1,000 are paid in full. We accept payment through our online payment gateway (PayFast) or by EFT.

Lead times

We recommend ordering as far ahead as possible, especially for custom or personalised designs. Contact us with your date and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

Delivery areas and fees

We deliver across Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort, Lone Hill, Cosmo City, Alexandra. Delivery fees depend on your address and are calculated and shown to you before you pay at checkout.

Allergen notice

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free of allergens. Please tell us about any allergies before you order.

Photos and design variation

Flowers are a natural product and cakes are handmade, so your order may vary slightly from photos in colour, size or exact design. We do our best to match the look and feel of any reference image you provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
