Glucose Lane Bakery is a Co Space kitchen at 472 Spionkop Ave, Kya Sands, Randburg, where every cake starts as scratch-made batter rather than a boxed premix. That matters for a celebration cake: a from-scratch sponge holds its shape, carries fresh flavour and bakes up moister than a mix, which is why it's the only way we make them. Whatever the occasion -- a birthday, anniversary, graduation or just a reason to celebrate -- our bakers build each cake to order rather than pulling one off a shelf.

We deliver custom cakes across Sandton, Fourways, Randburg, Roodepoort, Lone Hill, Cosmo City, Alexandra and the surrounding areas, or you're welcome to collect from our Kya Sands kitchen. We're open Sunday 08:00-14:00 and Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, and closed on Saturdays -- so if your celebration falls on a Saturday, plan your collection or delivery for the Friday or the following Sunday instead.
